The Victory Business and Professional Network (VBPN) is established from a 15-year legacy of professional gatherings at TAG Victory Christian Centre Tabernacle in Dar es Salaam. We exist to connect, equip, and empower professionals and entrepreneurs who believe that faith and business excellence are not separate — they are one calling.

Senior Pastor, TAG Victory Christian Centre Tabernacle
Rev. Dr. Huruma Nkone is the Senior Pastor of TAG Victory Christian Centre Tabernacle (VCCT) and the Vision Bearer and Founder of the Victory Business and Professional Network. Under his spiritual and strategic leadership, what began as an informal gathering of professionals at VCCT has grown into a structured, purpose-driven network with a clear mandate to transform the marketplace.
His vision is rooted in the conviction that the marketplace is a mission field — and that Kingdom-minded professionals have a God-given responsibility to lead with excellence, integrity, and service. VBPN exists to equip and release them to do exactly that.
A dedicated committee stewarding strategy, programs, mentorship, outreach, and spiritual development.
Membership opens doors — to people, opportunities, and purpose. Grow through four tiers of engagement.
Completed portal registration. Access to event invitations and WhatsApp channels.
Attended 3+ events in a year. Mentorship access, workshops, and member directory listing.
Active + serving in a committee or mentoring role. Speaking opportunities, spotlights, partnership access.
Engaged + contributing to the fund or leading initiatives. Decision-making voice, recognition, leadership pipeline.
A church-supported initiative helping VCCT members start or grow sustainable businesses — co-managed by VBPN and the Charity Ministry.
Each eligible recipient receives up to TZS 1,000,000 in capital support, based on their business needs and viability.
Every recipient is paired with an experienced VBPN mentor (minimum 7 years experience) for ongoing guidance and accountability.
Recipients without prior business experience are enrolled in SIDO entrepreneurship training or a church-organised programme.
Submit an application outlining your business idea, plans, and intended use of funds.
A panel of at least 4 business experts reviews your submission for feasibility and scalability.
Viable businesses receive funding. Others receive training sponsorship or employment assistance.
Receive your mentor match, begin progress reporting, and access ongoing VBPN business support.
Members can list products, services, job opportunities, and business partnerships — visible to the entire VBPN community.
